Do you want to do work that you can see and enjoy? We're looking for a full-time or part-time partner to join us on our ranch to share a common vision and grow what we love. We are looking for a versatile person who can do it themselves, has a relationship with the animals and wants to be a "friend" rather than an employee. We are looking for people with the right attitude, not skills. We can teach those! We want help with working around the animals and everything else that working on a family ranch entails. All for pre-arranged regular pay, a relaxed atmosphere and a host of other benefits. Our ranch is located near the Slap Dam in the picturesque countryside of the Central Bohemian region surrounded by meadows and forests. The ranch, situated on 30 ha between the villages of Cím and Buš, is located 30 km from the Prague border, still within easy reach of Prague's suburban public transport - bus no. 361 stop Cím-Hrdlička WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? A responsible and reliable person who will be with us permanently or on fixed days of the week. THE MAIN JOB IS TO MASTER THE BOXES: - Misting the whole stable (capacity up to 25 boxes/horse). - Flushing of automatic non-freezing waterers. - Sweeping in front of boxes. - Sweeping the aisle/driveway in the stall. - Cleaning up around split bales and manure. - Working dry, under roof (including dropping manure). By prior arrangement, we offer the possibility of supplementing the shift with OTHER WORK, such as: - Inspection and repair of fencing. - Tidying and cleaning paths, paddocks and pastures. - Work with mower, brush cutter, etc. Gardening equipment. - Working with wood. - Maintenance of buildings - log cabins, stables, sheds.. - and other handicraft, gardening or ranch work. Recap or what do we offer? - Varied, interesting and independent work on the ranch. - Flexible working hours - with the possibility to work just a few hours/days a week on a regular basis. - Predefined financial remuneration - according to the chosen working hours of the candidate (daily fee or by the work). - Young team. - Work equipment (work tools and clothes). - Possibility to use the ranch facilities including WiFi Free. - Possibility of further education - working with horses, participation in professional trainings/courses. - What you don't know, we will be happy to teach you :-) No possibility of permanent accommodation.
