I'd love to write to you about how amazing and perfect my photos are, but I know I still have to work hard on myself, so I'll mainly mention that following your dreams pays off! Even though it took a lot of concessions and strength, I end up making a living as a photographer and now and then I write an article for World of Horses (well, like really!), I regularly write for the e-magazine How to Photograph Horses and I've managed to establish some very interesting collaborations where every shoot together is one big surprise.
Simply put, I'm just a fool fulfilling a dream, and that's how I approach photography.
It is important to me that we all enjoy the shoot, both me, you and your horse(s). I'm not in a hurry, so you don't have to worry about your handsome horse not having a good day :) With patience (and plenty of treats) we can always make it work ;) Who wouldn't pose for a yummy treat, right?
I usually take photos in the afternoon/afternoon when we have nice soft light, which is totally impossible at championships, right? But whatever, I always try to get the best out of myself anyway and keep educating myself.
If you're still interested in anything, don't hesitate to get in touch :) I'm here for you... because "Photography is a memory we can show to others"
